Refunds or re‑service may be offered if the work performed does not match the agreed‑upon service description.

We must be notified within 24 hours so we can inspect the area and determine the best solution.

If the issue can be corrected, we will return to fix the problem at no additional cost before a refund is considered.
Non‑Refundable Situations

Services completed more than 24 hours ago without notice.

Conditions outside our control (e.g., weather, pre‑existing damage, excessive buildup requiring additional services).

Add‑on services such as dog‑waste removal or trash‑can cleaning are non‑refundable once completed.
Cancellations

Cancellations made 24 hours before the appointment are free of charge.

Same‑day cancellations may incur a $50 fee to cover travel and scheduling costs.
